With over 100 million views, the channel by Cassey Ho, a social media fitness entrepreneur, is definitely something to look out for. Ho, a 28-year-old California native comes close to a human encyclopedia on all things fitness. While working as a professional Pilates instructor since 2009, she has an impressive 10 years of experience doing Pilates as a personal hobby. As a certified fitness trainer and obvious Pilates enthusiast, Ho brings an exciting mix of quick-burst bodyweight exercises, challenging HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions, and relaxing yoga moves to the table. Get your quick burst in the comfort of your dorm room, the park, the gym, or wherever you feel like, because most videos require virtually no extra equipment like dumbbells or stability balls.
