Easy eggs in a bowl
1 tbsp milk
Any desired toppings which could include: shredded cheese, ham, mushrooms, peppers, bacon
- Crack eggs into the bowl and add milk. Beat with a fork until well mixed. Microwave for one minute. Add any desired toppings. Microwave an additional 30-60 seconds or until the egg is fully cooked.

Rice, broccoli, and cheese casserole
1 package of ready to serve rice
2 tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese
Your desired amount of broccoli
1 tbsp water
Prepare rice as the package instructs. In a separate bowl, create a broccoli mixture by adding water, cheese, and broccoli together. Microwave broccoli mixture for two minutes. Add rice to broccoli mixture and mix the two together.

Eggs, ham, and ramen
1 pack of ramen
2 cups of water
2 slices of ham
In a bowl, mix ramen and included seasoning packet with 2 cups of water. Microwave for four minutes. Stir noodles then crack the egg on top. Microwave for one minute. Put ham on top.

Lasagna in a mug
1/2 fresh lasagna sheet
2 1/2 cups of spinach, finely chopped
1/4 medium pepper diced
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp granulated garlic
6 tb tomato sauce
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
Cut the lasagna sheet into fourths and then place them in a bowl. Pour hot water over the pieces until all of them are covered. In an additional bowl, add the spinach and cook for one minute. Mix the ricotta, pepper, garlic, and salt in with the spinach to create a spinach mixture. In a mug, add two tablespoons of tomato sauce. Place a pasta sheet on top of the tomato sauce. On top of that, add some of the spinach mixture, two tablespoons of mozzarella, and then another pasta sheet. Create additional layers of lasagna by repeating. End with a pasta sheet on top. Sprinkle some mozzarella on top of this final pasta sheet. Microwave for one minute and 30 seconds. If the mozzarella is not melted, then continue to microwave lasagna in 15-second intervals until it is melted.

Gluten-free snickerdoodle delight
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 oat flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
Mix almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk in a mug until smooth. Add sugar, cinnamon, flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until all of the flour is no longer dry. Microwave for 50 seconds. If desired, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top and eat.
