Dear Elm,
An article of mine regarding legalization of marijuana was published in last week's Elm. However, by accident, the copy of the article submitted to the paper was a rough draft that lacked a proper introduction and conclusion.
Sgt. Timothy Knapp was also incorrectly cited as a Department of Public Safety Officer, when he is actually an officer with the Kent County Sheriff's Department.In spite of these small problems, I was very happy to see the article published because it had been banned from the Kent County High School newspaper earlier this year. I would like to thank the Elm for helping the SSDP raise awareness on the absurdity of current drug policies.
