As finals near, Calypso closes her eyes to the fates of others written in the skies, spelled out by the stars and instead, begins to shape her own fate in the great wide world beyond Washington College. A special thanks to you, the readership, for tolerating Calypso's whims.
Taurus (April 20-May 20): Wow, a whole year has passed and the stars would just like to say, "You're a great roommate!" Thanks for the listening, the laughs, the hugs, and most of all, just being you. You are definitely a special person, Taurus, plastic world and all. Don't ever change - and feel free to stop by the hot dog cave.
Gemini (May 21-June 20): Four years of being related and although the friendship was one that began slowly, it was a friendship of many proportions.
With your knitting needles and bright smiles, your presence will be missed. But the stars will always consider you a kindred spirit, and all will keep in touch - you are, after all, like family!Cancer (June 21-July 22): You better attend graduation, Cancer. We're not sure if you promised or if it was just a side comment, but your smiling mug would add a lot to that special day. Hey! It would seem like old times ... and even though it's time to move on to new things and new memories, who says we cannot treasure those golden ones as well?
Leo (July 23-August 22): Success! Congrats, Leo - you have definitely left a lasting impression on WC - some might even call it a legacy. It isn't likely you'll be forgotten soon (or ever). And hey, if you ever decide to cross the Bridge of Doom, someone (who shares your love for literature, education, and theatre) awaits you on the other side.
Virgo (August 23-September 22): The music is playing too loud, and some are threatening to close the window. Perhaps you don't perceive this as a worthy threat, Virgo, but perhaps you should think again. There will come a time when all you wish for is golden silence. Question is, will you be able to find that silence you so crave? The magic eight ball says it's doubtful.
Libra (September 23-October 22): Buckle down. Or rather you should have buckled down earlier because not only is it the law, but now you're facing a head-on collision. You have only yourself to blame. The stars say, "Stick with it. Who knows what could turn up?"
Scorpio (October 23-November 21): The stars send a final good luck out to you. They also send you lots of aspirin, because that wide world of tomorrow is going to give you a headache. But the stars know with your preparation, creativity, and heart of gold, you'll shine far brighter than most. Congratulations on making the world a better place.
Sagittarius (November 22-December 21): So maybe the show wasn't as funny as you thought it would be, but the stars still say thank you for coming and would also like to send a big hug that will help you get through the craziness of this past week.
