Public Safety Report

11/10 – 11/17/09

ALCOHOL: On 11/13/09, two campus citations for underage possession of alcohol were issued.

MDOP: A Public Safety officer found a broken window in Talbot on 11/14/09 at 12:17 a.m. Investigation is ongoing.

ALCOHOL: On 11/14/09, two campus citations for underage possession of alcohol were issued.

PUBLIC URINATION: A WC student was issued a campus citation on 11/14/09 after being witnessed urinating in the area of 100 Gibson.

ALCOHOL: Four campus citations for underage possession of alcohol were issued on 11/15/09.

DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Two WC students were issued campus citations on 11/15/09 at 1:10 a.m. after being witnessed running around the baseball field.

MDOP: On 11/15/09 at 1:18 a.m., Public Safety received a report of students trying to break the north door of Sassafras. The student responsible has come forward and will pay for damages.

FAILURE TO OBEY: A WC student was issued a campus citation on 11/15/09 at 1:53 a.m. for failure to obey. He had been warned earlier in the evening about being disruptive.

MDOP: Public Safety received a call on 11/15/09 at 2:15 a.m. regarding a window that had been broken on the third floor of Minta Martin. Two WC students claimed to have broken the window by accident and will take responsibility for the damage.

FAILURE TO OBEY: On 11/19/09 at 5:00 p.m., Public Safety Director reported the escape of a turkey from his office. The turkey failed to obey a college official and is on the loose. Anyone with information is asked to contact ext. 7810.
